Wagner´s beautifully designed seating range lands in the UK

London, 08 October:
Wagner, a traditional German chair brand that focuses on the well-being of people, brings colour to Clerkenwell with its feel-good design. Think of movement and health in unison. Through research and development they have created an excellent patented Dondola®-seat joint, that is present in every single Wagner chair.

Movement – the central part of our life

The three-dimensional Dondola-Seat-mechanism decouples the rigid connection between the base and the seat and therefore induces small movements, which relieve the strain on the spinal cord and strengthens it. A recent medical study confirmed the healthy effects of using Wagner chairs. The Dondola-Seat-mechanism supports the health of the back permanently.

Made in Germany - on display at the showroom in London

Wagner's first time showroom collaboration together with Assmann Office Furniture and Waldmann Lighting was launched earlier this year during Clerkenwell Design Week. This was a strategic move for Wagner to enter the UK, although pioneering spirit and ingenuity have a long tradition in the Wagner family. In 1976 Michael Wagner worked on the first office swivel chairs in his father’s small chair factory. He then founded the company Topstar, and so laid the foundation stone for the beginning of Wagner. With the experience of servicing many national and international markets, and furthering the education of their 520 employees, the company has become one of the most important manufacturers and trustworthy partners in the market.
The Wagner-Wellness-Office-chair-collection is on show at 75 Turnmill Street, London, EC1M 5SY.
